Please note that all sales are FINAL and not eligible for return or exchange. Thus, please make sure to read description fully and review all pictures before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about an item, feel free to message us prior to purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges are honored in the rare case where: the item is proven inauthentic or is damaged in transit. To support a damaged claim, kindly make sure to record yourself opening the parcel and inspecting the condition of your item. The video should be sent 24-48 hours after the parcel has been opened. No exceptions. 

Custom (engraved, resized) and made to order pieces are considered as a final sale.

Shipping fee is not refundable for every return order. 

 

Cancellation 

Cancellation will only be accepted if the order has not yet been packaged and shipped. 

 

Friendly Fraud

All attempts to make a fraudulent chargeback to the seller will be prosecuted in their magistrate State.
